Scheme becomes effective on 13 November 2014
Granules India announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation whereby Auctus Pharma (Transferor Company & Wholly - Owned Subsidiary) stands amalgamated with Granules India (Transferee Company). Certified true copy of the Court order dated 23 September 2014 has been received on 11 November 2014 and the same was filed with Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad on 13 November 2014.Consequent to the above, the Scheme has become effective on 13 November 2014 with appointed date being April 01, 2013.
