Greenlam Industries to shift registered office to Delhi

Greenlam Industries announced that the Regional Director, North Eastern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Guwahati has approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Assam to National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, vide its order dated 08 July 2021 (Certified copy issued on 09 July 2021).
