GRUH Finance allots equity shares

Under stock options

GRUH Finance has on 28 May 2015, allotted 1,03,580 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,69,76,320 Consisting 36,34,88,160 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
