With effect from 2014
GTL announced about the changes in the Company's Directorate as under:1. Relinquishment of the position of Whole-time Director and Director of Arun Prabhukhanolkar with effect from 16 December 2014. He however, will continue in the employment of the Company / group company ; and
2. Sunil Sadanand Valavalkar has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director with effect from 16 December 2014.
