Gujarat State Petronet ceases to be independent director

Gujarat State Petronet announced that Vilasini Ramachandran, IAS (Retd.), has ceased to be Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 24 February 2015 consequent to her resignation from the board of the company.
