HCL Technologies allots equity shares

Under ESOP

HCL Technologies announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on 28 September 2015 allotted 39,760 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 2004 Stock Option Plan of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 1,406,251,338 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,812,502,676/-.
