HCL Technologies directorate change

HCL Technologies has announced that Subroto Bhattacharya has expressed his unwillingness for re-appointment as director of the company and hence he retires from the board of HCL.

The company moreover has appointed Subramanian Madhavan, Keki Mistry and Roshni Nadar Malhotra as directors of the company.
