HCL Technologies fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 05 February 2015

HCL Technologies announced that the record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be 05 February 2015, subject to approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
