HEG has appointed Ramni Nirula (holding DIN:00015330) has been appointed as an Independent Women Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 31 October, 2018, for a first term of consecutive 5 years subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
