Hexaware Technologies gets NCTL approval for scheme of amalgamation

Scheme to come into effect on filing of order with RoC, Mumbai

Hexaware Technologies announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench has approved Scheme of Amalgamation of Risk Technology International ('the Transferor Company') with Hexaware Technologies ('the Transferee Company') and their respective Shareholders. The copy of the order is awaited. The Scheme will come into effect upon filing of certified true copy of order with Registrar of Companies at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
