High Ground Enterprise fixes record date for sub-division of shares

High Ground Enterprise announced that 17 July 2015 has been fixed as the Record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive sub-division of equity shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each.
