Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 24 September 2014 allotted 2,06,960 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 313,77,25,540 consisting of 156,88,62,770 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
