Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 23 February 2015 allotted 1,14,625 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,57,48,940 consisting of 157,28,74,470 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
