Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the company on 27 February 2015 has allotted 2,50,305 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/director. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,62,49,550 consisting of 157,31,24,775 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
