Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 08 September 2015 allotted 4,59,770 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,36,93,560 consisting of 157,68,46,780 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
