ICRA announces resignation of directors

ICRA announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, accepted the resignations of Amal Ganguli (Non-Executive Independent Director) and Dr. Uddesh Kohli (Non-Executive Independent Director) with effect from 25 July 2014 and 26 July 2014 respectively.
