Idea Cellular allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Idea Cellular announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has vide its circular resolution dated 24 November 2015 allotted 409,191 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 36,00,019,577 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,000,195,770/-.
