Idea Cellular jumped 7.35% to Rs 98.60 at 12:52 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 32.13 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 28.77 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Shree Renuka Sugars surged 7.05% to Rs 20.80. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 45.64 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 18.54 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services gained 6.13% at Rs 386. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6.71 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 3.26 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Unitech advanced 5.52% at Rs 9.18. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 93.02 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.82 crore shares in the past two weeks.
JK Tyre & Industries rose 4.12% to Rs 166.85. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.07 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.35 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
