IDFC allots equity shares

IDFC announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on 01 September 2015 and allotted 95,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
