IIFL Wealth Management update on composite scheme of arrangement
Capital MarketIIFL Wealth Management (IIFLW) announced the successful migration of the entire Broking, DP, Distribution activities, operations, system and process from IIFLW to wholly owned subsidiary, IIFL Wealth Distribution Services (IIFLWDSL)from 03 May 2021, pursuant to the composite scheme of arrangement as approved by the NCLT.
Accordingly, the Broking, DP and distribution activities of IIFLW are being conducted under IIFLWDSL.
