IL&FS Transportation to hold committee meeting

IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that its meeting of committee of directors will be held on 04 March 2014 to consider issue price per rights equity share of face value of Rs 10 each and fix the record date for determining the eligible equity shareholders who would be entitled to the rights equity shares.
