Indiabulls Housing Finance allots equity shares

On Conversion of warrants

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that on 26 November 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 20,900 (Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,02,46,582/-divided into 35,51,23,291 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
