Indian Overseas Bank's ESPS issue gets oversubscribed

Indian Overseas Bank announced the closure of ESPS issue on 21 January 2019. The issue had opened for subscription on 31 December 2018. The Bank had offered up to 18.24 crore equity shares to its eligible employees under the scheme.

The Bank received overwhelming response from its employees under IOB ESPS 2018 resulting in oversubscription.
