With effect from 01 October 2015

Indian Toners & Developers announced that the shareholders of the Company in its Annual General Meeting held on 31 August 2015, has appointed the following Directors:

1. Neena Jain as Independent Diector for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 01 October 2014.

2. Kewal Krishan Dhiman liable to retire by rotation.
