Inditrade Capital intimates of hike in stakeholding in Inditrade Microfinance

Inditrade Capital announced that Inditrade Microfinance has allotted 30,96,739 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the Company on 21 November 2017. Consequent to such allotment, Inditrade Capital holds 73.38% of equity stake in the paid up capital of Inditrade Microfinance.
