Info Edge (India) transfers investments to wholly owned subsidiaries

Info Edge (India) has transferred its investment in the following Investee Companies to its wholly owned subsidiaries -Happily Unmarried - entire investment has been transferred at cost.
Applect Learning Systems - about 95% of the investment has been transferred at cost.
Kinobeo Software - about 50% of the investment has been transferred at cost.
Canvera Digital Technologies - the entire investment has been transferred at residual cost of acquisition as appering in the books of the Company for about Rs 24.37 crore.
