Infosys allots 2.98 lakh equity shares under RSUs

Infosys has allotted 2,98,466 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan to the eligible employees of the Company on 10 February 2021, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units.

Consequently, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 21,299,439,990/- divided into 4,259,887,998 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each.
