ING Vysya Bank announces change in directorate

With effect from 14 January 2015

ING Vysya Bank announced that Meleveetil Damodaran, Director of the Bank has assumed charge as Part-time Chairman of the Bank effective from 14 January 2015 in terms of the approval of Board of Directors and Reserve Bank of India.
