Ingersoll-Rand (India) announced that Venkatesh Valluri has tendered his resignation effective 04 February 2015 from his position as Non-Executive Chairman and Director on the Board of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2015, appointed Roman Steinhoff as Director of the Company with immediate effect in the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Venkatesh Valluri.
