IRIS Business Services allots 2.95 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IRIS Business Services has allotted 2,95,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the eligible employee(s) of the Company who have exercised their options under the IRIS Business Services Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017.

Consequently, the equity share capital has increased to 1,92,18,162 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 19.21 crore.
