ITC allots 27.37 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 27,37,720 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,73,772 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 14 September, 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1239,56,27,661/- divided into 1239,56,27,661 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each.
