Scheme becomes effective from 01 April 2014
Jaiprakash Associates announced that the Order and the Scheme of Amalgamation has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand on 15 October 2015 and consequent thereto, the said Scheme of Amalgamation has become effective.Accordingly, all the businesses of Jaypee Sports International along with their assets, liabilities, rights, interests, obligations etc. stand vested in Jaiprakash Associates with effect from the appointed date, i.e. 01 April 2014.
