Jayant Agro Organics declares an interim dividend

Jayant Agro Organics announced that the board of directors of the company in the meeting held on 10 March 2014 have declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share on 1,50,00,000 equity shares of nominal value of Rs 5 each, aggregating to Rs 3,75,00,000 for the financial year 2013-14.
