Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals appoints director

With effect from 11 November 2014

Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals announced that Devangi Sanjeev Shah has been appointed, subject to consent of the Members, as a non-executive and Independent Director of the Company, for a term of five years i.e. from 11 November 2014 to 10 November 2019, by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 11 November 2014.
