New syndicated loan stands at USD 93 million
Jindal Poly Films has completed refinancing of the acquisition loans availed for acquiring the BOPP films business of Exxon Mobil. The loans of USD 160 million were availed in September 2013, and were backed by Corporate Guarantee of Jindal Poly Films. After a series of early repayments the current outstanding as on 30 September 2015 was USD 91.84 million. These loans have now been refinanced without Corporate Guarantee of Jindal Poly Films. The new syndicated loan of USD 93 million is secured on the basis of assets and shares of the acquired entity and its subsidiaries only.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
