Joint Venture between Hero MotoCorp and Magneti Marelli S.p.A.

Hero MotoCorp announced that the company subscribed on 09 December 2013 to a total of 1,749,999 equity shares of face value Rs 10 of HMC MM Auto at par constituting 60% shareholding in the joint venture company, incorporated as a joint venture between HMC and Magneti Marelli S.p.A. The purpose of the joint venture is to sell, distribute and market complete two wheeler fuel injection systems or components parts thereof.
