JSW Energy announces change in nominee director

With effect from 16 September 2014

JSW Energy announced that, on 16 September 2014, the Company has received a communication from IDBI Bank nominating A. K. Motwani as its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 16 September 2014 in place of B. Ravindranath whose nomination stands withdrawn.
