Jubilant FoodWorks allots equity shares

Of face value Rs 10 each

Jubilant FoodWorks announced that its compensation committee of the company has allotted 11,075 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under the ESOP schemes of the company on 23 February 2015. Post the above allotment, its paid up share capital will increase to 655697900 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
