Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries announced M Vara Lakshmi, has been inducted as a Director on the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 12 August 2016 in compliance with Regulation 17(1) (a) of SEEM (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.

This Appointment is made consequent to the Resignation of J Shalini, Woman Director.
