Kaveri Seed Company allots equity shares

Kaveri Seed Company announced that at the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors Meeting held on 13 April 2015 have made allotment of 1,58,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company at a premium of Rs. 32/- per share under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 6,88,96,195 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to 6,90,55,095 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/-each.
