Kesar Enterprises announced that the Governing Body of General Insurers' (Public Sector) Association of India (GIPSA) has vide their letter No. NDCell/76/KEL/2015, withdrawn the nomination of P. Nayak, Nominee Director of the Company from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
