Kesoram Industries transfers tyre manufacturing facility to subsidiary

Kesoram Industries announced that the Company has transferred its tyre manufacturing facility at Laksar, District Haridwar, Uttarakhand to a subsidiary, Cavendish Industries at a value of Rs 2800 crore, effective 31 March 2015.
