With effect from 01 January 2015

KGN Industries announced that Deepak Raval has resigned from the Company from the position of CEO, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

Company hereby appointed Deepak Soni as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 January 2015.
