Kolte Patil Developers has announced three redevelopment projects in western suburbs of Mumbai. These projects are located in Khar (W), Malad (W) and Goregaon (W)- taking the tally to six projects in Mumbai with a saleable area (the Company's share) of approximately 0.6 million sft.
