Kotak Mahindra Bank allots equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on 30 October 2014 has allotted 42,673 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOP schemes.
