Kotak Mahindra Bank allots equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on 15 January 2016 has allotted 4,51,849 equity shares of Rs 5 each, pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under various schemes.
