KSE announces demise of director

KSE announced that P. K. Varghese has passed away on 12 July 2015 at 10.00 p.m. at the age of 69. He joined as a Director of the Company from 29 December 1970. He was appointed as a Whole-time Director of the Company from 01 November 1994 and later he was elevated as Executive Director from 01 September 2007.
