KSS' subsidiary enters into MoU with United Media Works

To form JV

KSS announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, K Sera Sera Digital Cinema and United Media Works have entered into Memorandum of Understanding to form a joint venture (JV), with the principle object, inter alia being that of Digital Cinema Service Provider.

The shareholding of the said JV shall be held by KSSDCPL and UMW in the ratio of 50%:50% and shall have equal representation on the Board of Directors of the said JV. The JV will lead to increase in the number of screens to approx. 600 across the country.
