With effect from 09 May 2016

Landmarc Leisure Corporation announced that:

- the Board has accepted the resignation of Kapil Kotia as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 09 May 2016.

- The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 07 May 2016 has appointed Deepak Nangalia as the Chief Financial Officer CFO of the Company with effect from 09 May 2016.
