Lloyd Electric & Engineering will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 together with the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-2016 and any other matter with the permission of the chair.
